Much like the warp and weft of a handmade rug, New York's streets offer a strict grid that guides pattern and movement, yet allows for the insertion of any form at any point. Shifting scales, variations and interruptions to the grid are essential to understanding the dynamic nature of the city.
In Stock: Please note that only the 9x12 is in stock as of 5/1/22, the other sizes will be made to order, and will be delivered in approximately 3 months.

Office GA created "Intersection." Jonathan Gonzalez is a Miami-based architect and designer, founder of Office GA, and Design Director at Gonzalez Architects. He co-created "Intersection" with Office GA colleague, Jennifer Bueso, a designer focused on product and interiors. She also practices as an artist and maker with studios in Miami.

Intersection is a hand-woven rug in pure sheeps wool, woven on a traditional wooden loom. Each size is a limited edition of 10 pieces, and will arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Our in-stock sizes will ship on order, or be made to order. If the size you want is listed as sold-out, we have reached the limited edition of 10 pieces for that size and will not be producing any new pieces. Production times are 2-3 months for out-of-stock pieces.
